About Hotel New Grand

Hotel New Grand, built in 1927, is an international hotel located in Yokohama, Japan. We have welcomed guests from all over the world including many dignitaries and celebrities. Our hotel symbolizes the history of Yokohama, where Yokohama, as a port city, had served as a gateway to Japan, over 150 years ago, welcoming people and cultures from the West.

The classical form of the older Hotel New Grand is in harmony with the sophisticated modern design of the newer annexed Tower built in 1991. Another reason why the Hotel New Grand is admired by many visitors is the splendid view of Yokohama Bay, spread out in front of you and seen from your hotel window. The view is truly amazing.
