There are two major bus companies in Hakone area.
Hakone Tozan Bus Company and Izu Hakone Bus Company(Japanese only).
But for sightseeing, we recommend you the following bus lines.
Hakone Yumoto - Gotemba Premium Outlets Line
This is a bus line to bring you to and from Hakone Yumoto Station and Gotemba Premium Outlets. Gotemba Premium Outlets is one of the biggest outlet store in Japan. Since it is located in Gotemba, there is a nice view of Mt. Fuji. By this line, you can easily go to the outlet store and enjoy shopping from Hakone Yumoto Station.

Hakone Yumoto Station - Miyanoshita - Hotel-mae (Fujiya Hotel) - Miyagino-shisho-mae - Sengoku - Otome-toge - Gotemba Premium Outlets

Ashinoko Sky Line
This is a bus line to bring you from Hakone-machi to Togendai. It is a long raod which seems that its leading straight to Mt. Fuji. When the sky is clear, you will be able to see the beautiful sight of Mt. Fuji right in front of you. You will also be able to see Ashinoko from a higher view.
